Kevin has over 37 years of experience guiding developers, landowners, lenders, and facility operators through the design and construction processes as an owner’s representative for a wide range of projects, including arenas, ballparks, and stadiums. During this time, he advised groups during all phases of development including project financing, program planning, venue design, construction, FF&E procurement, and operations. Kevin takes his expertise guiding multidisciplinary teams from construction to completion to his role leading our Owner’s Representative services as Project Executive for the Sports Facilities Companies. 

In his role, Kevin leads our clients and their projects through the entitlement, design, construction, procurement, and commissioning processes to bring the most innovative facilities to our industry. His work includes negotiating and administering owner agreements, ensuring conformance with project agreements and funding parameters, providing constructibility/functionality reviews and overseeing daily design/construction activities. 

Kevin has led projects through all phases of development. In particular, he has led efforts in the areas of in pre-design, cost reporting, scheduling, logistics planning, bidding, procurement, construction management and facility commissioning. The results of his hard work can be seen throughout the United States with owner’s representation and project management services provided for seven MLB stadiums, 14 ballparks, 10 arenas and four stadiums.
