John is a construction industry professional with over 25 years of experience leading the development of a variety of facility types including sports venues, planned developments, restaurants, and stadium projects, including recent improvements at Raymond James Stadium, home of the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. John brings his experience in assembling and leading teams, cost control, project scheduling, and driving winning outcomes to our Owner’s Representative services team as Project Executive for the Sports Facilities Companies.

 

As Project Executive, John leads the design, construction, commissioning, entitlement, and procurement processes for our clients. This is done with the goal of developing industry-defining sports, recreation, entertainment, and fitness facilities. John oversees daily design and construction activities and negotiates and administers owner agreements to ensure that they conform with project agreements and funding parameters. He also provides constructability/functionality reviews for our projects.

 

Over the years, John has led projects ranging from athletic facilities at the University of Tampa to the development of the Suncoast Crossing, a large-scale mixed-use development, located north of Tampa, FL. A Tampa native, John is committed to enhancing his local community and is on the board for Tampa Theatre and Hospice. John is also a member of Leadership Tampa.
