This regional sports destination will be at the center of the Bluhawk campus, led by Price Brothers, which includes the expansion of AdventHealth South Overland Park, multiple hotels, and a movie theater as well as retail and dining.
The venue will initially be comprised of an indoor, 4000-seat multipurpose arena with retractable seating and 4 basketball courts (8 volleyball courts), approximately a 32,000 square foot indoor multipurpose turf area, a Mezzanine viewing area overlooking the arena and turf space, a 1500-seat NHL/NCAA ice rink, Sports Performance Center, Locker rooms, Flex rooms, Cafe’ with concessions, 16 bowling alleys, and a 30,000 square foot family entertainment center.
