Brittany has been a customer service industry leader the finance industry for over 10 years. During that time, she helped several companies grow in the way they serve customers. Brittany takes her passion for building strong relationships and her attention to detail to her role as Customer Service Coordinator for Lodging Services at SFC.
In her role, Brittany is responsible for providing a superior customer service experience to event owners, hoteliers, and individuals booking reservations using our online lodging platform. She will be the first point of contact for anyone that requires assistance booking rooms or managing reservations for events. Through her work, Brittany builds brand equity among our customers and partners.
Brittany has earned several achievements prior to her time at SFC. In previous positions, Brittany has earned perfect customer service scores and awards for displaying core values.
