Marcie is a customer service professional with over 10 years of experience in both the childcare and sports tourism industries. She has extensive experience with resolving customer issues using thoughtful communication and empathy. Marcie now uses her expertise to provide a superior customer experience as the Customer Service Coordinator for AwayTeam Travel – Lodging Services.

As Customer Service Coordinator, Marcie collaborates with our venue teams, hoteliers, and event owners to meet or exceed their goals while continuously working to improve the AwayTeam product and its services. She acts as the point of contact for teams and individuals who need assistance with booking rooms and managing reservations.

Prior to joining AwayTeam Travel, Marcie worked as the Operations Team Lead at Elizabethtown Sports Park. In her first year in that position, Marcie won the 2022 SFM MVP Award at the facility for her hard work.
