Jackson is a customer service professional with over five years of experience in the sports industry. Along with interning with the Nashville Predators, Jackson worked as a Golf Service Coordinator at multiple golf clubs and served as a Field Director at a sports performance complex. He now uses the experience gained in those roles to serve clients as a Customer Service Coordinator for AwayTeam Travel.

In his role, Jackson is responsible for providing a great customer service experience to event owners, hoteliers, and individuals booking reservations through the AwayTeam Travel lodging platform. He acts as the point of contact between teams and individuals that need assistance booking rooms or managing reservations. Jackson helps to continually improve AwayTeam with his customer service and his work with the venue teams, hoteliers, and event owners ensuring that financial goals are met.

Outside of work, Jackson has gone on several mission trips with the Brentwood Baptist Church in his hometown of Brentwood, TN. He also has spent a lot of time volunteering with the Middle Tennessee Special Olympics. Jackson is also an avid sports fan and enjoys participating in outdoor activities.
