Demitria Kennedy is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in museum studies, guest experience management, and volunteer coordination. With her unique blend of skills in operational processes, team management, and customer service, Demitria brings valuable expertise to her role as Customer Service Coordinator for AwayTeam Travel at The Sports Facilities Companies.

In her position as Customer Service Coordinator, Demitria is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences for AwayTeam Travel clients. She leverages her background in guest experience management to anticipate and meet the needs of traveling teams and individuals. Demitria’s skills in operational processes and team management contribute to the smooth functioning of AwayTeam Travel’s services, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

Prior to joining SFC, Demitria held key roles at the Great Explorations Children’s Museum in St. Petersburg, FL. As Volunteer Engagement Manager and Guest Experience Manager, she restructured gallery floor and volunteer programs, managed teams of up to 15 individuals, and played a crucial role in administrative policies and procedures. Her experience also includes strategic planning internships and work in unclaimed property management, demonstrating her versatility and analytical skills.
