Whitney is a talented customer service professional with over 10 years of experience providing personalized client experiences for several companies in the finance and hospitality industries. Whitney takes her ability to build relationships and to thoughtfully enhance the customer experience to her role as Customer Service Coordinator for AwayTeam Travel – Lodging Services.

In her role, Whitney oversees customer service activity for the AwayTeamTravel website while answering questions and resolving issues. She also develops and implements customer service procedures and coordinates, analyzes, and improves the customer service functions to meet company goals and provide customers with the best experience possible when booking travel through this portal.

Whitney is a member of the leadership team for Clearwater Young Professionals and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce for both Dunedin and Clearwater. She is also a certified notary public in the state of Florida.
