Carson is a sports management professional with experience supporting compliance, student-athlete development, and operations at the collegiate, youth, and amateur athletics levels. Carson’s passion for the positive impact of sports on people and communities serves her role as Project Manager for SFC. 

In this role, Carson serves as a Project Manager for the SFC’s advisory projects which includes overseeing client communication, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables of narrative and analyses. She is a contributor for several industry-leading reports including feasibility analysis, Pro Formas, Economic impact analysis, Market Opportunity Reports, and comprehensive market research studies In addition, Carson also oversees internal processes for the advisory team within SFC to maximize communication between SFC’s internal network of resources. 
 
Prior to joining the SFC team, Carson worked in the athletic departments at Florida State University, Rollins College, and Eckerd College where she focused on financial and ticketing tracking, organizational compliance, and developing initiatives that support the health and well-being of student-athletes.
