During SFC Start-Up services, your dedicated SFC Executive will meet with your team and other key stakeholder representatives through a schedule of weekly and monthly meetings, timeline reporting, and facilitate each sub-process. These sub-processes are led by SFC subject matter experts in marketing, finance, HR, legal, and more. Because of our extensive experience, our team is able to produce results, overcome challenges, and create systems that others cannot. Many clients elect to pair Start-Up Operational Services with our Full Time Management Package, however that is not required.
