Rachel brings over 10 years of experience in programming, staff management, customer retention, community relations, and facility management. Rachel’s passion for creating relationships through sports set her up to be a perfect General Manager for the Burlington Pickleball Complex with The Sports Facilities Companies.

As General Manager, Rachel skillfully leads initiatives in business development, marketing, and branding, while also nurturing staff growth and development. She plays a pivotal role in guiding her team through daily operations, using performance analysis to identify areas for enhancing customer satisfaction and team advancement. Rachel’s strategic planning and policy implementation are crucial in driving revenue maximization and boosting productivity, ensuring the complex’s continued success and excellence.

Before joining SFC and the Burlington Pickleball Complex, Rachel had a successful career at the YMCA as a Sports Director, Program Director, Membership Director, and Executive Director. As a Membership Director, she was awarded Director of the Year by the Association of YMCA Professionals.
