Kaleigh has 14 years of experience in the sports, recreation, and services industry. After retiring from professional hockey in 2015-16, he became the Head of Athlete Development at the SportONE Parkview Icehouse. As Hockey Director, he helped develop and grow Fort Wayne’s youth hockey programs. Kaleigh also spent a year at Trine University in 2018 where he was tasked with kickstarting their hockey program and developing community events for a new rink on campus. Schrock ventured back to Fort Wayne to help launch and coach the Fort Wayne Spacemen hockey program. As a Head Coach and Hockey Director, Kaleigh was promoted to General Manager in 2021.
In his role, Kaleigh and his staff maintain the day-to-day operations of their three-rink complex in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His team is dedicated to providing a world-class facility, professional coaching, and engaging programs that empower athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Kaleigh’s team manages their robust programming along with hosting in-house, regional, and national tournaments, including State Wars Roller Hockey involving over 380 teams and more than 1,000 games over two weeks.
