Kevin Schuh

Kevin Schuh has over 15 years of experience managing events and recreation programs for several municipalities. He is an experienced leader with a strong track record of improving recreation programs and the communities that they serve by forming and maintaining strong relationships with employees, clients, and partners. Kevin uses these experiences and his passion for sports and sports management to drive tremendous outcomes for clients as an Vice President of Venue Management for The Sports Facilities Companies.

 

In his role, Kevin acts as a project manager, client relationship manager, strategist, and facilitator for the venue throughout the funding phase. He uses the financial forecasts, economic impact studies, utilization analyses, and other project information documents, created by the advisory services, team to ensure that facility projects are positioned well for funding and operational success. Kevin also uses his current relationships or develops new relationships with community stakeholders, landowners, investors, local sports organizations, and other beneficial partners to further drive projects.

 

Before joining the Sports Facilities Companies team, Kevin worked for the City of Chesterfield where he was the Recreation Manager before being promoted to the Superintendent of Sports and Wellness. While he was the Recreation Manager, he brought in the USA Junior Softball Championship which drove an estimated $1 million dollars of economic impact.
