As Account Executive, Jeffrey leverages his deep understanding of financial operations and his experience in managing complex budget programs to provide valuable financial guidance to clients. He also held positions as a Financial Resource Manager for the US Army AG-1 Civilian Personnel and as an Army Garrison Chief Financial Officer, managing complex budget programs and coordinating municipal-style finances for various organizations.
