Michael Geiler is a highly experienced and dedicated ice technician and facility operations expert with over fifteen years of experience in sports facility management. As a USIRA Certified Ice Technician, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to his role as Regional Director of Ice Operations at The Sports Facilities Companies.
In his role as Regional Director of Ice Operations, Michael is responsible for overseeing and optimizing ice operations across multiple facilities. He leverages his extensive background in ice maintenance, refrigeration plant management, and staff supervision to ensure efficient operations, safe environments, and high-quality ice surfaces for athletes and patrons. Michael’s passion for excellence and his commitment to delivering top-notch ice experiences contribute significantly to the success of SFC’s managed ice venues.
Before joining SFC, Michael served as Operations Director at AdventHealth Center Ice, the largest ice sports facility in the southeast US, where he managed all facility operations, including plumbing and electrical, and oversaw a seven-figure budget.
