Carly has over 15 years of experience in customer service, staff training, and staff management. Her expertise has guided the success of numerous organizations within the tourism and hospitality industries. She utilizes her experience in customer service along with her passion for helping others in her role as Human Resources Coordinator at The Sports Facilities Companies.
In her role as Human Resources Coordinator, Carly collects and manages employee data and is involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees. She develops job templates and job postings that help us to discover new team members for our headquarters and our managed venues. Carly also assists our facility team members with data entry for employment processing and new hires.
