Ben Hoversland is a New Venue Specialist at The Sports Facilities Companies with over five years of experience in a variety of roles. His career includes work as a Human Resources Business Partner for Amazon and as a General Manager for Veterans of Foreign Wars. Ben’s unique background and dedication to serving others drive his success in managing employee relations, training, and workforce development, ensuring that SFC continues to thrive through its most valuable asset: its people.

In his role, Ben provides essential support to our venues, home office, and HR team. He handles various processes, offering team members assistance with requests and clarifying information on employment, benefits, and employee relations. Ben’s commitment ensures our staff is well-informed and supported, contributing to our organization’s smooth and successful operations.

Before his HR career, Ben served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Satellite Communications Operator and as a U.S. Navy Special Forces Operator Deep Sea Diver.
