Reid is a team leader with more than five years of successful experience in the sports industry, including his time serving Tulane University as the Assistant Director of Facilities and Event Management. Reid takes his passion and knowledge of event planning and facility operations to his position as the General Manager of the Alabama A&M Events Center.
As General Manager, Reid oversees all aspects of daily operations at the university facility, ensuring unwavering adherence to the highest standards. His leadership spans implementing best practices in business and staff development, risk management, and program enhancement. He excels in cultivating a strong identity for the facility that not only drives its success but also enriches the community.
Prior to joining SFC, he served as the Facility and Logistics Coordinator at Wärtsilä, a marine and energy manufacturing company. There, he helped manage and oversee innovation in sustainable technology and services for international trading.
