Meg has more than five years of experience in aquatics programming and supervising. Before she became the General Manager of Adventure Cove, she worked as a Marketing Assistant at Abilene Christian University and served as an Operations Supervisor at NRH2O Family Water Park in Richland Hills, TX. Leveraging her vast experience in aquatics, Meg ensures the smooth functioning and success of Adventure Cove as the General Manager.

As General Manager, Meg orchestrates every facet of daily operations at the aquatic facility, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met. Her leadership extends to implementing best practices in crucial areas such as business development and staff development, effectively mitigating risk, and enhancing programming aspects. She excels in marketing and branding, creating a robust identity for the facility. Her expertise not only drives the success of the aquatic facility but also contributes significantly to the community’s enrichment.

  • Abilene Christian University – Bachelor of Science in Sports and Recreational Management, currently enrolled in ACU’s MBA program
