Kaitlyn Sutton

Kaitlyn is an emerging sports business professional with experience supporting the operations of IRONMAN races in Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin, California, and Texas as a Volunteer Director Assistant before moving up to IRONKIDS Lead and Volunteer Director. Her experience with recruiting, organizing, and managing volunteers at races has prepared her for the work she does as Project Coordinator for The Sports Facilities Companies.

In her role, Kaitlyn supports the pre-development team by conducting comprehensive market research related to sports participation rates, pricing studies, demographic and socioeconomic characteristics, and existing service providers. She also assists with the creation of narrative reports and presentations of market research for internal initiatives and client deliverables.

While working at IRONMAN, Kaitlyn was responsible for the on-site leadership and management of 200-500 IRONKIDS and for the set-up of the registration tent for the race. She was also responsible for recruiting, organizing, and managing over 400 volunteers for the Rock n Roll Running Series in Clearwater.
