Kaitlyn Sutton

Kaitlyn is an emerging sports business professional with experience supporting the operations of IRONMAN races in Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin, California, and Texas as a Volunteer Director Assistant before moving up to IRONKIDS Lead and Volunteer Director. She also assists with the creation of narrative reports and presentations of market research for internal initiatives and client deliverables.

While working at IRONMAN, Kaitlyn was responsible for the on-site leadership and management of 200-500 IRONKIDS and the set-up of the registration tent for the race.
