Jamie has over 10 years of experience in sports facility management and has been the co-owner of two D-BAT Baseball & Softball Academy locations in Louisiana, which provides baseball and softball training for all ages and ability levels. Jamie takes his extensive knowledge of the sports industry and all aspects of facility management into his position as the General Manager of West Monroe Sports & Events.

As General Manager, Jamie oversees the business development, marketing, branding, and staff development at the venue. He also helps to guide his team through day-to-day operations and analyzes their performance to discover opportunities to better serve the customer as well as to facilitate staff growth. Jamie is responsible for planning and implementing any policies or objectives that help the facility and its team maximize revenue and increase productivity.

Jamie’s time at D-BAT isn’t his only experience in the sports industry. He was also a professional baseball player for the Detroit Tigers for over five years.
