Denis is an experienced leader in numerous disciplines, including accounting, finance, and systems implementation and operations. After starting his career as a finance and systems auditor, Denis moved up to the position of controller at Microsoft where he helped to set up a licensing subsidiary for them. Denis now uses his wealth of experience and leadership acumen to serve the SF Network venues as the Regional Facility Controller at the Sports Facilities Companies.
In his role, Denis oversees financial reporting for our SF Network facilities in the region that he oversees. He is in charge of coordinating and preparing external and internal financial statements. Denis also prepares financial reports to ensure compliance with our corporate policy and government regulations.
While he was working at Microsoft, Denis implemented and managed the international rollout of their SAP procurement system and helped set up a Microsoft licensing subsidiary. Additionally, Denis served as the CFO and COO of two different internet start-up companies.
