Todd Sampson

Todd is an award-winning food and beverage innovator with over 30 years of experience working and leading teams in hotels, restaurants, attractions, amusement parks, and sports venues throughout the country. He most recently led the food and beverage team at Cedar Point Sports Center and takes his wealth of experience to his current role as National Director of Food and Beverage for the Sports Facilities Companies.

In this role, Todd supports the kitchen design of new SF Network venues. He also discovers optimal national food and beverage contract opportunities for our facilities. Additionally, helps venues hire new food and beverage managers and work with current managers to further drive excellent service by supporting menu engineering efforts, inventory procedures, and financial responsibilities.

Noted for his ability to discover untapped markets, Sampson created several menu options while working as the Food & Beverage Director at Cedar Point Sports Center which drove record-breaking concession sales for the facility.
