Alek is an emerging human resource leader with experience conducting research, providing outstanding customer service, and administering introductory training. Because of Alek’s drive and enthusiasm for assisting others and improving the company, he excels in his role as Human Resources Coordinator at The Sports Facilities Companies.
Alek plays a pivotal role in driving growth initiatives of SFC’s Human Resources department. His duties encompass gathering and managing employee data, along with hands-on participation in the recruitment and training processes for new personnel. Alek excels in crafting detailed job templates and impactful advertisements, crucial in pinpointing prospective team members for our Support Center and SF Network venues.
Along with serving in Human Resource roles, Alek has volunteered as a Medical Intern and Education Chair at Vaw Global Health Alliance to help provide a free medical clinic for local patients in San Pedro, Guatemala. There, he created a lesson plan and helped highlight the importance of mental health for the community.
