Adrian has nearly twenty years of experience in the sport, recreation and service industries. His experience managing large complexes includes work in the Houston Dynamo organization, where he served as the director of soccer programs and general manager of the Houston Sports Park, a facility he helped open in 2010. Adrian brings his expertise to his role as Regional General Manager for The Sports Facilities Companies.
As Regional General Manager, Adrian plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and performance of multiple venues in his assigned region. He formulates comprehensive strategies to drive business growth, ensuring that each facility delivers exceptional experiences for both audiences and athletes. Adrian’s expertise in managing staff and establishing operational policies helps maintain top-tier standards across his portfolio. His responsibilities include overseeing budgets, implementing targeted marketing initiatives, and fostering strategic community partnerships. By emphasizing staff involvement in local business development, Adrian motivates his teams to achieve revenue targets while maintaining a culture of exceptional customer service.
Prior to opening Houston Sports Park, Adrian enjoyed a successful career as a coach on staff with the New York Red Bulls. Adrian also owned a promotion and production company that assisted corporate and philanthropic partners with events and brand recognition and previously served as the general manager of Launchpad Sports Complex.
