Josh Callahan is a seasoned recreation facility management professional with more than 13 years of experience leading operations, projects, and business development across the sports and recreation industry. He has served in key roles including General Manager, Project Manager, and Regional Manager, working with a wide variety of venues and organizations nationwide. His experience spans facility openings, operational transitions, event and tournament management, and strategic growth initiatives. These experiences help Josh achieve excellence as a Vice President of Venue Management at The Sports Facilities Companies.
In this role, Josh oversees operational and administrative functions for several of our ice venues, ensuring a high-quality guest experience, financial success, and compliance with all regulations. Josh’s expertise in utilizing data-driven insights and modern technologies enables each venue to align with the objectives of their stakeholders while delivering meaningful value to the communities it serves.
