Elijah Mills is a dedicated HR professional with a strong foundation in human resources management and a passion for supporting organizational growth through effective people practices. With over two years of experience in HR roles, Elijah brings a fresh perspective and a solid skill set to his position as HR Coordinator at The Sports Facilities Companies.
In his role as HR Coordinator, Elijah is responsible for supporting various HR functions across the organization. He plays a key role in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with HR-related inquiries. Elijah’s expertise in HRIS systems and his background in full-cycle recruiting contribute significantly to streamlining HR operations and enhancing the employee experience at SFC.
Prior to joining SFC, Elijah worked as an HR Assistant at B&T USA in Tampa, FL. In this role, he gained valuable experience in recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management, and workers’ compensation claim processing. His previous experience also includes a position at Graham Packaging, where he assisted with HR document management and new employee orientation.
