Brad joined the Sports Facilities Companies as a Strategic Advisor in December of 2023, and transitioned into the Chief Financial Officer role in June of 2024 (upon the retirement of the previous CFO). In his current role, Brad is responsible for the management and oversight of all finance and accounting functions both at the Support Center in Clearwater as well as at each of the managed venues within the SF Network. Brad also serves as a liason to the Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Brad started his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP, where he worked primarily with large public and privately-held companies, until transitioning his focus to the middle market (first as a consultant then as a CFO). He has significant experience in leading companies through high-growth phases and also has significant transaction and M&A experience. Brad has worked with a variety of privately-owned and private equity sponsored businesses throughout his career, several of which that were actively involved in capital markets transactions.
As the father of two young boys, Brad is an enthusiastic supporter of youth and amateur sports. He actively volunteers as a coach for both of his boys’ sports teams, and trains with both of his boys in the martial arts. Brad has also been an active volunteer with the Greater Cincinnati United Way and has served on various boards throughout his career.
