Anthony Maiden has more than two decades of frontline, customer-facing, and multisite operational experience in the sports, recreation, and entertainment facility industry. This includes operational experience in a variety of ice and roller skating venues, including Bryant Park Winter Village and Industry City in Brooklyn, NY. Anthony uses this experience to drive success for clients in his role as Vice President of Venue Management at The Sports Facilities Companies.

In this role, Anthony oversees the day-to-day operations and administrative functions across multiple ice and recreation venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and full regulatory compliance. Drawing on his extensive background in multisite management, high-volume hospitality, and complex seasonal venue operations, Anthony leverages data-informed decision-making and extensive operational experience to align each facility with stakeholder priorities and community needs.
