During the early stages of engagement, SFA completed a market analysis and community needs/demand assessment, including preliminary planning meetings with the Township and key decision makers related to the program/activity plan. SFA was then contracted to complete a detailed financial forecast. Since the development of the financial forecast, SFA has been engaged by the Township to participate in a series of public presentations and ongoing analyses to support the development process.
