Introducing the Amarillo Netplex: a high-energy indoor sports destination built to keep Amarillo moving all year long. Now entering a new chapter under The Sports Facilities Companies’ (SFC) management, the North Texas complex brings together recreation, competition, and community under one roof –– offering the kind of flexible, high-traffic environment that keeps people active and coming back.
Amarillo itself gives visitors an easy entry point into a destination known for its Route 66 character, welcoming Panhandle culture, and mix of outdoor adventure and classic Texas charm. Beyond the courts, guests can explore local favorites like Cadillac Ranch, the Route 66 Historic District, and Palo Duro Canyon, then round out the day with the kind of bold, memorable dining experiences that reflect Amarillo’s laid-back, unmistakably Texan personality. That combination of competition, community, and off-court experiences helps make Amarillo Netplex more than a place to play. It makes it part of a weekend destination families, teams, and tournament visitors can genuinely enjoy.

Programming That Keeps the Calendar Full
Amarillo Netplex is designed to support a broad mix of programming for every age group, skill level, and interest, including open play, lessons, leagues, tournaments, camps, special events, and flexible rental opportunities across pickleball, volleyball, basketball, and futsal.
That momentum now includes Leagues After Dark, a new summer Friday night adult recreation series. The program brings pickleball, 3v3 basketball, and volleyball leagues together on the same night, creating a consistent weekly outlet for organized competition and community connection for Amarillo adults.
Built around Amarillo Netplex’s newly upgraded lounge, Leagues After Dark adds alcohol service and an elevated food menu on league nights, while also welcoming adults 21 and older who are not registered to play. Registration is open for both full teams and free agents across men’s, women’s, and co-ed divisions, further expanding the venue’s ability to offer consistent, high-energy programming that just might become their weekend highlight.
“Amarillo Netplex already means a great deal to this community, and our goal is to build on that in a way that feels exciting, consistent, and meaningful for our guests,” said Hank Brown, General Manager. “We want this to be the place people think of when they want to play, compete, connect, and be part of something active in Amarillo.”
Why Amarillo Netplex Stands Out
“What makes Amarillo Netplex special is its ability to serve so many different people in one place,” Brown said. “From young athletes learning new skills to families spending time together to event owners bringing in competitive play, this venue has the capacity to create real energy and real community impact.”
