Justin has over 15 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, including serving as the Director of Operations for Cedar Point Sports Center for the past three years. Justin takes his experience building efficient processes for large venues to his new role at Cedar Point as General Manager of the indoor sports venue.

As General Manager, Justin oversees the facility’s finances and the day-to-day operations for the 145,000 square-foot facility. He analyzes the performance of the facility and its staff to ensure they align with annual growth objectives. Justin guides all business development and staff development initiatives.

Through the years, Justin has been a driving force in bringing several prominent tournaments and events to Cedar Point Sports Center, including Best of the Bay and the Jingle Bell Jam. Prior to his time with SFC, he worked at Kalahari Resorts and Sports Force Parks.
