SFA has been engaged by Lose Design to lead strategic partner negotiations on behalf of the City of Clarksville.This scope of work is an extension of SFA’s strategic planning engagement, which began in June 2018 for the analysis of a 300-acre property the City purchased for a multi-phased youth and amateur sports tourism development.While the strategic planning work is in progress, SFA is providing insights, strategies, recommendations, and negotiation services to ensure the City and its strategic partner(s) create a mutually beneficial relationship that serves the City of Clarksville’s local recreation needs and allows it to capitalize on its sports tourism opportunities.
