Eau Claire, WI will soon have a plan for the development of a major sports, recreation, wellness, and medical care facility. SFA has been engaged to assess the market opportunity and develop a feasibility study for a venue that will feature a partnership between the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, the Mayo Clinic, and the Y. Blugold Real Estate Foundation already owns the land and is committed to developing the facility, which has the opportunity to not only transform local access to sports and wellness in Eau Claire, but also to serve as a blueprint for the creation of community-serving complexes featuring a university, healthcare provider, and sports/wellness organization.
