Kelly Kryukov

With 25 years of experience as co-owner and Vice President of Finance at Firland Management LLC, Kelly Kryukov played a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of ice venues and development projects across North America. Now, as Vice President of Venue Management for SFC’s Ice Division, Kelly brings her extensive expertise and passion for ice sports to oversee the company’s network of ice venues.

In her current role, Kelly is responsible for driving the operational sustainability and economic impact of SF Network’s ice facilities while expanding the ice division’s portfolio. She leads a talented team, coordinates securing venues for premier national sports organizations, and manages projects from initial feasibility assessments through to funding and development. Kelly’s leadership ensures that venue operators excel in day-to-day operations while strengthening their ties with local communities.

Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Kelly stays actively involved in the ice sports community both on and off the ice, coaching figure skating and participating in hockey governance.
