Eric McCafferty is a highly successful sales and operations leader with over 10 years of experience in facility development, event programming, and operations. He has had impressive roles, including Senior Account Executive of Ripken Baseball and Director of Sales for Sports Force Parks. With his strong ability to maximize revenue targets through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service, Eric has been able to exceed annual goals to achieve clients’ missions. In his previous work, Eric led the grassroots sales effort for Ripken Baseball for their weeklong tournament programming in all Ripken Experience locations. At Sports Force Parks, he built all events for Sports Force Parks @ Cedar Point Sports Center along with their other additional facilities. He was able to exceed all team and revenue targets that were promised as part of the public-private partnerships.
