Eric McCafferty is a highly successful leader with over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing. He has had impressive roles, including Senior Account Executive of Ripken Baseball and Director of Sales for Sports Force Parks. With his strong ability to maximize revenue targets through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service, Eric has been able to exceed annual goals. A passionate professional who knows how to get results, Eric’s commitment to success helps him deliver meaningful results as the Regional VP of Business Development.

 

In his role, Eric spearheads business planning strategies and their execution. He is adept at discovering and leveraging growth potentials in emerging markets. Eric leverages his industry knowledge to assist cities in constructing exceptional venues for sports, recreational activities, events, and fitness.

 

In his previous work, Eric exceeded $1 million of revenue sold for the 2014 and 2015 seasons at Ripken. After Ripken, Eric took his talents to Sports Force Parks where he managed all events at their facilities.
