Tracy Richter is the Director of Risk and Safety at The Sports Facilities Companies, where she oversees risk management and safety operations across the organization. She joined SFC in the summer of 2026, bringing with her extensive experience in emergency response, incident protocols, and safety program management. Since stepping into her role at SFC, she has built out the risk and safety function, including bringing on a direct report, Risk and Safety Manager Tori Carter, to support the team’s growing needs.
