Kaitlyn Sutton is the Director of Marketing for the corporate side of Sports Facilities Companies (SFC), where she leads marketing strategy and execution for the organization. She joined SFC as a Project Manager on the pre-development team before transitioning into project management on the marketing side, building the cross-functional expertise that now informs her work as Director.
Before SFC, Kaitlyn spent her career at IRONMAN, where she held a series of operations roles across the country. She served as Volunteer Director for Rock ‘n’ Roll Clearwater, IronKids Lead for IRONMAN events in Ohio, Wisconsin, and California, and Volunteer Director Assist for IRONMAN Waco and Rock ‘n’ Roll San Antonio. These roles gave her hands-on experience producing large-scale endurance events and managing the teams that bring them to life.
With six years in the sports industry and a decade of professional experience overall, Kaitlyn brings a rare blend of operational discipline, project management rigor, and marketing leadership to her role at SFC.
