SFA was engaged to complete a review of existing and historic documents and data as well as a market study. Next, SFA facilitated on-site planning and strategy meetings while also conducting site tours and leading key stakeholder interviews. This initial work has led into the completion of a financial forecast (pro forma) and feasibility study.

Rize Sports is an indoor basketball facility in Leetsdale, Pa. Once complete, the facility will feature three NCAA regulation basketball courts with seating for around 80 spectators and one championship NCAA basketball court with seating for around 160 spectators. It will also include a state-of-the-art practice court.
