SF Companies was engaged to produce feasibility study, cash flow forecasts, and a management plan for this highly publicized community recreation center. After completing design of the recreation center, the city retained the team of Counsilman- Hunsaker and SFC to provide PreOpening Management Services and ongoing Full-Time Management Services for the first five years of operation which included marketing, sponsorship and advertising sales in collaboration with the City.
