Louis has 20+ years of experience in the recreation facility management industry, leading operations, special projects, and business development for a variety of venues. Louis utilizes this experience to spark success for ice facilities in the SF Network through his role as Vice President of Venue Management at the Sports Facilities Companies.
In this role, Louis oversees the daily operations and administrative performance of multiple ice venues, ensuring every facility delivers a safe, seamless, and memorable guest experience. Leveraging his deep background in facility management, Louis ensures that each property aligns with stakeholder goals and community expectations. By fostering strong team communication, tightening operational processes, and proactively managing risk, Louis plays a critical role in elevating guest satisfaction, strengthening financial outcomes, and expanding the overall impact these facilities have on the communities they serve.
Louis is currently recognized as a Certified Ice Rink Manager, the highest ranking offered by the U.S. Ice Rink Manager Association. Louis is also a member of U.S. Figure Skating and USA Hockey.
