Aviator Sports & Recreation Center

Encompassing 170,000 ft² plus an outdoor component, the Aviator Sports & Recreation Center – located at Floyd Bennett Field – is a showcase facility of the National Park Service and part of the Gateway National Recreation Area and New York Harbor Parks. The indoor/outdoor complex (located just outside of New York City) serves the greater Brooklyn market with a host of sports, fitness, and recreation-based offerings.

The facility epitomizes the “all-under-one-roof” concept that is so desired by many communities across the country. In addition to various sports spaces and associated leagues, tournaments, camps and clinics; the facility also hosts numerous large scale events.
