Lauren has fifteen years of experience as a human resources leader. She brings her passion for team development and a keen ability to build relationships to her role as Human Resources Generalist for Sports Facilities Companies, as well as for the amazing facilities that are managed by SFM.
In her role, Lauren facilitates the staff orientation process and conducts various training sessions. She also supports our venue audit process, oversees issue resolution for team members, ensures operational efficiency in staff management and mitigating risk, and increases employee satisfaction.
Throughout her career, Lauren has developed innovations and initiatives that have made a lasting impact on the organizations she’s served. This includes developing an employee self-service portal, creating wellness initiatives, and producing a reference database. She has served as a human resources generalist and consultant for companies in numerous industries with a specialty in employee relations, benefits administration, regulatory process, team management, training, and survivor engagement.
