Erik is a team leader with over 20 years of experience in the sports industry, including work at Lake Valhalla Club, Englewood Field Club, and Forsgate Country Club. Erik leverages his expertise in sales, marketing, and sports operations in his role as General Manager of Iron Peak Sports & Events.
As the General Manager, Erik oversees the daily operations of the venue. He is dedicated to ensuring its ongoing success by cultivating strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and event organizers. Erik spearheads the development and execution of strategies to achieve and surpass the facility’s business and operational objectives. Moreover, he mentors a team of dedicated professionals to deliver unparalleled guest experiences.
Through the years, Erik has been a driving force throughout various country clubs in New Jersey. Before joining SFC, he ran and controlled all aspects of a $3.5-million golf retail operation.
