Diana is a human resource specialist with over 25 years of experience. For more than 10 years, she has managed all aspects of employee relations including onboarding, offboarding, training, and workforce development. Diana’s passion for serving people combined with deep industry knowledge drives her success as a Human Resources Generalist at The Sports Facilities Companies.

As HR Generalist, Diana assists our venues, home office, and human resources team with a variety of processes, including assisting team members with requests and providing them with information about employment, benefits, and employee relations.

Diana was previously the operations specialist for the Hernando County School District, where she handled all personnel, public, and subpoena records requests for the school district as well as any extended leaves and ADA accommodations.
