Dean is an experienced management professional with over thirty years of expertise in financial analysis, project management, and operating services. He takes his experience building high-performance teams and passion for community growth to his role as the General Manager of Game On Fitchburg.

In his role, Dean manages all venue operations, ensuring that the teams responsible for marketing, branding, and business development achieve or surpass their objectives. Dean actively cultivates Game On Fitchburg’s community presence by forging partnerships and engaging with local residents to enhance overall visibility and support.

Along with his work at SFC, he currently serves as the President and Owner of two youth basketball programs in Massachusetts, Lions Basketball LLC and High Hoops LLC.
