Cathy is a dynamic and innovative leader with experience achieving results for several hotel brands. During her career, she’s served as the general manager for Best Western Hotels and Choice Hotels and as an area manager for several real estate companies. Cathy brings her experience in the hospitality industry and her ability to build connections between brands and communities to her role as general manager of Cyclone Ballparks. This location features five synthetic diamonds and a great lawn event/community space for events ranging from baseball/softball tournaments to Christmas events and festivities.

In this position, she will lead all operational processes for the baseball-focused tournament complex. This includes overseeing business development, evaluating performance and productivity, leading marketing and branding efforts, and booking events. Overall, Cathy guides a team that continually works to generate revenue for the complex, drive economic impact for Pecos, TX, and develop a superior guest experience.

Additionally, Cathy is a passionate member of the Pecos community and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including as vice president of the Pecos Little League.
